Goals:

1 - The development and execution of a 90-day sales/marketing ‘surge’ in Boston and DC

2 - Development and execution of Brooklyn closure and reopening plan.

 Key Results

  • Created competitive analysis of Boston bouldering market and used data to guide renovation project and program development.

  • Developed a new youth program structure for Boston and DC - maximizing space, class maximums and safety – ultimately doubling revenue potential for spring and fall 2023 programs.

  • Created SOP for follow-up processes and procedures for BP gyms nationwide to track and improve sales and conversion rates

  • Developed and executed on Brooklyn closure (for renovation) and re-opening plan including current member communications and new member acquisition. This also involved updating rate structure, P&L and membership offerings.
